Guests can check-in from 2.30 p.m., early check-in can be arranged upon arrival, subject to availability. Check out time is 10 a.m. The reservation of specific rooms and floors can not be guaranteed.

Local taxes are not included in the price and is charged locally.

Ample car park outside the hotel, complimentary garage. Tesla and E-Car Charging Station.
Cancellation
Please inform us in advance if you need to cancel your holiday. Therefore please understand that this is our cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy: Applied penalty charges (percentage on full cost of vacation):
For cancellations of up to 21 days before arrival, the deposit will be considered valid through the issue of a voucher with the entire amount of the paid deposit (valid for a future stay of the same duration as the one cancelled), to be used within one year from the date of issue.
For cancellations of 21 days or less, and in case of late arrival or early departure, the deposit will be kept by the hotel.
Booking confirmation
A booking is just binding after our written confirmation and upon a receipt of the deposit per room. The deposit can be wired or done by a written credit card authorization (Visa or Master). Please note that it is only possible to book a room category, not a specific room or floor.

The 2023 budget law (L. 197/2022) in art. 1 paragraph 384, starting from 1 January 2023, raised the maximum limit for cash payments from 1,000 euros to 5,000 euros

Pets are not allowed in the hotel, nor in the hotel precincts. We thank you for your understanding.
