Moena Restoration was born about 15 years ago with the aim of forming a group to improve the technical organisation of four well known local restaurants.
The protagonists, with a great spirit of collaboration and professionalism, have pushed Moena Restoration to grow more and more and thus make Moena the gastronomic fulcrum of the entire area as well as a source of great pride for the Val di Fassa.
Moena Restoration through the winter enogastronomic event of Re Laurino and the Sapori d'autunno which takes place in the summer. It is known nationally and this confers to Moena and its environs an added touch of style and quality.
