'Volto dal Vin' is the wine cellar where representatives of all the wineries in Trentino: over 130 companies with 500 labels, 7000 bottles divided into 5 rooms as the valleys of Trentino, the Sancta Santorum dedicated to the wine San Leonardo a corner dedicated to the great wines of other regions.
For lunch and dinner the kitchen offers typical and traditional plates, that You can choose from the menu, with 7 starters, 11 first plates, 23 second plates and 12 dessert and in the end a rich buffet of vegetables. The kitchen is open from 12.00 to 14.00 and from 19.00 to 21.30.

The restaurant is recommended by the Guide Michelin "Bib Gourmand" (meals at moderate prices), the “Osteria Tipica’ of Trentino, and the plate of “Buon Ricordo 2006”.
The breakfast, served to the tables of the Café Foresta, includes, besides milk, coffee, juices and tea, a rich self-service buffet.
There are also biscuits and cakes in the afternoon from 15.00 to 18.00.
