The Foresta restaurant, like the hotel, is open all year round and is part of the club of typical Trentino inns. This entails following some strict rules that are imposed by the club and which guarantee the genuine nature and above all the origin of all products used in the preparation of dishes.
The menu is rich and varied and offers a wide choice of starters, first and second courses and desserts that are linked to the ancient recipes of the Trentino area. Fruit, vegetables, meat and cheese are for the most part locally produced. This enables us to serve fresh dishes that are full of Trentino flavours.
From the wine cellar it is possible to combine the right wine to every menu by choosing from our list which includes more than five hundred labels.
